Yamas & Niyamas print
Art print of my original watercolor painting.
This painting "Yamas and Niyamas" was painted while I was studying to become a yoga teacher. The first sketch was done in my yoga journal where I was writing my yoga notes during class. I found difficult to remember all the "ethical guide of living" so I have illustrated them so that I could remember them easily.
I thought that I could be helpful to many in the same learning path.
