Yamas & Niyamas card
Greeting card "Yamas and Niyamas"
I have painted the "Yamas and Niyamas" while I was attending my Yoga teacher training. It was a way to have the "ethical guide of living" illustrated and more visual so that I could remember them easily.
I thought that I could be helpful to many in the same learning path.
This greeting card is an A6 size (14,8 x 10,5cm / 4,1" x 5,8" approx), it is folded and blank inside so that you can write a note. If you open all the card the size is A5 (14,8cm x 21 cm/ 5,8"x8,3" approx).
Every greeting card comes with a matching kraft envelope and protected with a clear cello sleeve.
Mailed in a bend-proof mailer.
